Centri’s Charles Higgins Promoted to Partner

Philadelphia, PA, January 28, 2025 – Centri Business Consulting, LLC, is pleased to announce the promotion of Charles Higgins to Partner, effective January 2025. Charles “Charlie” has been an invaluable member of the firm since joining in March 2021 as a Director, bringing over 30 years of experience in providing fairness and solvency opinions, as well as a wide range of valuation services across technology, life sciences, healthcare, manufacturing, retail, professional services, and alternative energy industries.

Charlie has played a crucial role in assisting clients within Centri’s Valuation Practice and has conducted valuations for financial reporting and tax purposes. His expertise includes valuing a wide range of complex securities, including options, warrants, restricted stock units, performance-based shares, convertible debt instruments, and other fixed-income securities.

Charlie received an M.B.A. with concentrations in Finance and Information Management from the University of Texas at Austin and a B.S. in Business Administration with concentrations in Finance and Accounting from Rider University. He is a CFA Charter Holder and a member of the CFA Society of Philadelphia, the Philadelphia Estate Planning Council, the Bucks County Estate Planning Council, the Mercer County Estate Planning Council, Life Sciences Pennsylvania, BioNJ, the Association for Corporate Growth, and the Philadelphia Alliance for Capital and Technologies.
