Centri Welcomes Greg Stowe as Director

Philadelphia, PA – October 26, 2020 – Centri Business Consulting, LLC is excited to announce the addition of a new Director, Greg Stowe, to the firm. Greg has over 20 years of valuation experience and has assisted clients in numerous industries, including energy services, energy storage and transportation, manufacturing and distribution, technology, and retail and consumer products.  He has provided opinions of value for the equity and debt securities, as well as the intangible assets of public and private companies.  His work is typically used for financial reporting (ASC 350/360, ASC 805/820, ASC 842, and ASC 718) purposes. He also provides valuation opinions for corporate tax restructurings, gift and estate tax reporting, fairness opinions, pre-acquisition analyses, ESOP valuations and pricing studies for internal management planning.

Most recently, Greg was a Director at BDO USA, LLP where he managed the Dallas valuation practice.  In this role, he provided valuation services to client companies and audit support in the review of third-party valuations.  Prior to BDO, he worked with American Appraisal Associates, as well as Ernst & Young.

Greg received his Bachelor of Science degree in Petroleum Land Management from the University of Oklahoma and an MBA in Finance from Georgia State University.
