Dan is a Senior Director at Centri Business Consulting. He has more than 35 years of accounting advisory, public and industry accounting experience, serving public and privately-owned companies with domestic and multinational operations. He joined Centri in January 2019 and has worked with a wide range of industries, including manufacturing and distribution, life sciences, healthcare providers, and others.

Prior to his time with Centri, Dan spent most of his career in public accounting performing financial statement audits. During his public accounting career Dan assisted assurance teams with technical accounting and financial reporting issues, the application of audit methodology, and related training. His experience included evaluating and testing internal controls in a Sarbanes-Oxley environment, financial due diligence of acquisition targets, public and private placement offerings, and other assurance services. Dan also worked in the industry as a V.P. of Finance for a health system in the Philadelphia area, where he was responsible for supervising a team to close and analyze the financial statements.

He received a BS-BA with a major in Accounting from Indiana University of Pennsylvania and is a Certified Public Accountant. He is a member of both the American and Pennsylvania Institutes of Certified Public Accountants.
