Liz is a Senior Associate at Centri Business Consulting. She has more than 5 years of experience in HRIS configuration, data management, and HR transformation. She joined Centri in June 2022 and assists in the HR Advisory Practice.

Prior to her time with Centri, Liz was a Senior HRIS Analyst at Urban Outfitters where she assisted stakeholders to address a wide range of challenges, including HR process improvement, change management, and technology adoption. Liz served as a subject matter expert and project manager for her organization’s talent systems as well as led the implementation of all talent modules within the organization’s HCM.

Liz received a B.S. in Management from West Chester University of Pennsylvania.
