Centri Announces Six Partner Promotions

Philadelphia, PA – October 3rd, 2023 – Centri Business Consulting, LLC, one of the industry’s fastest-growing and most respected accounting and advisory firms, is excited to announce the promotion of six new partners: Mike Andrusko, Curtis Farrow, Tori Jancovic, Mihir Jhaveri, Derek Kearns and Kevin McLaughlin.  As part of the firm’s continued focus on growth and leadership, the promotion of these individuals exemplifies a commitment to excellence.

The six Partners are the inaugural class participating in Centri’s Path to Partner program, a comprehensive training curriculum designed to prepare the firm’s high-achieving Managing Directors to successfully transition to the role of Partner. Created in 2021, candidates for the program are hand-selected from Centri’s team each year following a rigorous interview process. Featuring a mix of classroom education and hands-on experience led by Centri’s executive team, the two-year program focuses on growing employees’ skills in that Partners need to be successful.  Upon completion of the program, participants are evaluated based on their readiness by Centri’s leadership to determine suitability to be offered a role as a Partner in the firm.
