Christopher Mora Named to NJBIZ’s 2024 People to Watch in Finance List

Christopher has been an integral part of Centri since 2015 and currently leads the firm’s Capital Markets Practice. He specializes in providing capital market readiness and financial reporting to clients across several industries, including fintech, financial services, life sciences, health and wellness, telecommunications, private equity, real estate, and construction.

Christopher’s leadership has helped drive remarkable growth at Centri, with a 260% increase in top-line revenue over the past three years and a 93% increase in the last two years alone. Christopher is known for his expertise in advising on complex transactions, including debt and equity transactions, business combinations, reverse mergers, revenue recognition, lease accounting, and various SEC-related issues. He has also played a pivotal role in numerous IPO, SPAC, and M&A transactions.

In addition to his professional achievements, Christopher has been recognized for his leadership and innovation. Earlier this year, he received a corporate leadership award from The Philadelphia Business Journal, which also credited him with starting Centri’s digital asset practice, leading to a 55% year-over-year growth for the practice group.
