Blake is a Partner at Centri Business Consulting and the leader of the firm’s Technical Accounting Practice. He has more than 18 years of public accounting experience. Throughout his career, Blake has worked with public, privately held, and private equity portfolio entities, ranging from pre-IPO entrepreneurial startups to large public multinational corporations, collectively from an audit and consultative perspective, while supporting a variety of financial accounting advisory transactions and issues. Blake has a focus on the accounting and reporting for complex revenue recognition transactions, business combinations, and stock-based compensation arrangements.

Additionally, he has extensive knowledge of internal controls and proactively identifies internal control gaps to communicate to management and those charged with governance to assist his clients.

Prior to his time with Centri, Blake was an Audit Partner at BDO USA, LLP. He participated in the firm’s Technology and Life Sciences Industry Groups, driving profitable growth there.

Blake received a B.B.A. in Accounting from King’s College in 2004 and is a Certified Public Accountant. He is a member of the AICPA and the New York, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania State Societies of Certified Public Accountants.
