Brian is a Senior Valuation Analyst at Centri Business Consulting. He has more than three years of experience in valuation services. He joined Centri in September 2020 and assists with the preparation of valuations of business entities and intangible assets, purchase price allocations, complex financial instruments, earn-outs, and financial analysis and research. In addition, he assists in analyzing competitive industry dynamics and financial conditions of peer companies.

Prior to his time with Centri, Brian worked at Vanguard, where he handled client financial requests. He led a problem-solving group focused on fixing inefficiencies found in business operations.

Brian received a B.S. in Finance from the Alfred Lerner College of Business at the University of Delaware in 2019.
