Brittany is a Managing Director at Centri Business Consulting. She has more than 14 years of experience assisting clients with tax issues pertaining to mergers and acquisitions, sell-side transactions, attribute services work, tax due diligence, legal entity rationalization and structuring, corporate compliance & provisions (ASC 740), financial modeling, and corporate restructurings for domestic and cross-border transactions involving multinational corporations and S corporations. She joined Centri in January 2024 and assists clients across various industries with their tax advisory needs.

Prior to her time with Centri, Brittany was a Managing Director at KPMG and spent most of her career in their M&A Tax practice. She was a part of their Business Tax Services practice, where she focused on corporate compliance and provisions (ASC 740). Brittany also has experience in financial planning and analytics.

Brittany received a B.S. in Accounting and Finance and a Masters in Taxation from Villanova University. She is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and New York, and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA).
