Bryan is a Managing Director at Centri Business Consulting. He has more than 13 years of public accounting and financial advisory experience. He joined Centri in September 2023. As a former Audit Director with experience across two of the Big 4 public accounting firms, Bryan brings a wealth of expertise to Centri.

Prior to joining Centri, Bryan most recently served as a Director at PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP, providing assurance services in the Pharmaceuticals & Life Sciences Industry Practice for over three years. The first ten years of his career were spent working for KPMG, performing audit services for clients in a wide array of industries, including industrial manufacturing, consumer goods, agricultural, chemical, and pharma & life sciences.

Throughout his career, Bryan has worked with public, privately held, and private equity portfolio entities, ranging from pre-IPO entrepreneurial startups to large public multinational corporations, aiding collectively from an audit and consultative perspective, while supporting a multitude of financial accounting advisory, financial reporting and internal control issues and transactions. Bryan’s extensive background in audit methodologies, team leadership, and strategic financial insights into complex business transactions is a valuable asset to Centri and its clients.

Bryan earned a B.S. in Accounting from Seton Hall University in 2010. He is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA).
