Chris is a Senior Accountant at Centri Business Consulting. He has more than 3 years of experience in public accounting. He joined Centri in July 2022 and assists clients across various industries with SEC financial reporting and technical accounting research. He primarily works with clients in the digital asset industry, while also working on SOX compliance testing procedures.

Prior to his time with Centri, Chris was an Assurance Senior at Ernst & Young. There, he served clients in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and professional services industries, among many others. His experience includes annual audits, quarterly reviews, and internal control testing for both public and private companies. Additionally, he has experience with ASC 606 adoption, first-year Sarbanes-Oxley 404 implementation, IFRS accounting, and other audit services.

Chris received his BS-BA with a concentration in Accounting from Monmouth University in 2018.
