Dan is a Senior Director at Centri Business Consulting. He has more than 35 years of public and industry accounting experience, serving public and privately-owned companies with domestic and multinational operations. He joined Centri in January 2019 and has worked with a wide range of industries, including manufacturing and distribution, life sciences, healthcare providers, equipment dealers, professional service providers, mining, and not-for-profit entities.

Prior to his time with Centri, Dan spent most of his career in public accounting, most recently with BDO USA LLP as an Audit Partner. Prior to BDO, he spent 5 years with PwC and 13 with Ernst & Young. At BDO, he served as the Practice Office Assurance Director for the Philadelphia office, assisting the assurance team with technical accounting and financial reporting issues, the application of audit methodology, and related training. His experience included evaluating and testing internal controls in a Sarbanes-Oxley environment, financial due diligence of acquisition targets, public and private placement offerings, and other assurance services. Dan also worked in the industry as a V.P. of Finance for a health system in the Philadelphia area, where he was responsible for supervising a team to close and analyze the financial statements.

He received a BS-BA with a major in Accounting from Indiana University of Pennsylvania and is a Certified Public Accountant. He is a member of both the American and Pennsylvania Institutes of Certified Public Accountants.
