Evan is a Senior Manager at Centri Business Consulting. He has more than 11 years of public and private accounting experience. He joined Centri in December 2020 and assists clients across various industries with financial reporting, technical accounting research, preparation and review of technical accounting transactions, and financial reporting including filings S1 and S4 for public companies.

Prior to his time with Centri, Evan was a Revenue Manager at Frontier Airlines, where he facilitated month/year-end closing procedures. He managed accounting areas related to revenue, such as Accounts Receivable and Air Traffic Liability. Evan was exposed to airline-specific accounting items related to Frequent Flyer programs, Credit Shell Breakage, and Voucher Breakage.

Prior to Frontier Airlines, Evan began his career at RSM US LLP, where he conducted financial statement audits in accordance with US GAAP and GAAS standards and eventually was promoted to Assurance Manager. He worked on several private and public engagements for clients in a variety of industries, including manufacturing/consumer products, construction, financial services, universities, and non-profit entities.

Evan received a B.S. in Accounting from Illinois State University in 2010 and a M.S. in Accounting from Boston College in 2012. He is a Certified Public Accountant in the state of Colorado and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
