Fayek is a Valuation Manager at Centri Business Consulting. He has more than 10 years of professional experience, of which approximately 6 years are related to valuation services in a public accounting setting. Fayek has experience providing business valuations across a variety of sectors for financial and tax reporting purposes. He joined Centri in August 2023 and has assisted clients with succession and business plans, merger and acquisition transactions, strategic planning, financial modeling, and consulting for both private and public companies in the U.S. and internationally.

Prior to his time with Centri, Fayek was an Assistant Vice President in the enterprise valuation group at PNC Bank and an Assistant Vice President in the Private Equity and Leveraged Finance valuation risk and control group at Credit Suisse. He also has prior valuation experience at RSM and EY, where he performed a broad base of valuation analyses, including valuations for tax reporting and financial reporting purposes (ASC 350-20, 360, 718, 805 and 820), goodwill impairment, warrant/option valuations, purchase price allocations, and valuation of intangible assets.

Fayek received a B.B.A. in Finance and International Business from Loyola University in 2012.
