Frank is a Senior Director at Centri Business Consulting in the firm’s Tax Advisory Practice. He joined Centri in November 2023. He has over 40 years of experience guiding domestic and international companies in forward-thinking, transparent tax planning to create more efficient and sustainable business entities. Over the course of his career, he has supported clients across the manufacturing, wholesale, retail distribution, energy, and technology industries on cross-border tax structuring, data-driven tax rate consulting, acquisition and post-integration planning, and regulatory compliance.
Prior to his time with Centri, Frank led KPMG’s elite national team of 52 Senior Lead Tax Partners, supporting the firm’s most strategic Fortune 250 clients. As the team lead, Frank expanded its size and revenue impact, creating a new approach to services that evolved with market trends and strengthened the firm’s brand. Considered a subject matter expert on CAMT and Pillar 2 regulations, Frank built a dedicated working group to provide technical support on this emerging area of need. He further elevated KPMG as a tax thought leader by providing guidance for the firm’s Chief Tax Officer exchange focused on sharing best practices among Fortune 10 to 250 businesses.
Frank began his career at KPMG focused on international tax before being promoted to Partner in the firm’s Information, Communication, and Entertainment practice. During that time, he guided multiple technology companies through M&A and IPO transactions amid the dot-com boom. Frank was then promoted to Senior Lead Tax Partner in the Philadelphia practice, where he drove significant business growth, supporting global clients on matters including post-merger integration and international tax controversies and earning recognition for his outstanding service.
Whether on a local or national scale, Frank’s successful leadership is grounded in his ability to deeply understand unique market needs, adapt to new situations, and foster thoughtful and honest communication. As a result, he was selected by firm leadership to optimize the performance of KPMG tax practices in Pittsburgh and Cleveland, securing key revenue-generating clients and driving significant team growth. A respected Global Lead Partner, Frank has mentored numerous colleagues on leadership, people, technical, and client-facing skills and has spoken at numerous KPMG meetings on the skills needed to be a great lead partner.
Frank received a B.S. in Accounting from Drexel University. He is a certified public accountant in the states of New Jersey and Pennsylvania. Frank has been a frequent speaker and author on emerging tax trends. He currently serves as a Board Member for Saints Neumann Goretti High School, where he guides strategy on generating sustainable funding amid lower enrollment trends in Catholic educational institutions nationwide.
