Jeffrey is a Managing Director at Centri Business Consulting and the leader of the firm’s Outsourced Accounting Practice. He has more than 10 years of experience serving as a trusted adviser to entrepreneurs, startups, investors, c-suite executives, and business owners, guiding them through the complex financial landscape across the country and globe. Jeffrey’s background in consulting, accounting, and tax offers a unique skill set that adds value to clients focused on accounting, financial management, and controls.

Prior to his time with Centri, Jeffrey was a Partner at Joseph W. Bowley & Co. LLP, a small public accounting firm, and the founder of Atribus Solutions PLLC, an entrepreneurial-based outsourced accounting firm. While at Joseph W. Bowley & Co. LLP, Jeffrey was responsible for supporting individual and both non-profit and for-profit business clients’ various accounting, audit, and tax needs, including federal, state, and local tax services, international tax, HUD & Uniform Guidance audits, and other attestation engagements. While at Atribus Solutions PLLC, Jeffrey provided client accounting services (CAS) and CFO services for high-growth companies at various stages of development, allowing management to confidently outsource their accounting and finance functions as they continued to grow.

At the start of his career, Jeffrey worked at MorganFranklin Consulting in the Commercial Financial Management and Performance Improvement Practice. Jeffrey was responsible for working with clients to support various accounting and internal control related activities, evaluating the effectiveness of internal control systems, identifying areas for process improvement, improving financial accounting procedures, providing financial accounting support, and assisting in the validation of books and records.

Jeffrey is a Pennsylvania State University graduate with a B.S. in Accounting from the Smeal College of Business and a M.S. in Taxation from Villanova University. He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in the states of Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Jeffrey is an American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) Leadership Academy graduate and a previous Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants (PICPA) Young Leaders Award recipient. He currently serves as a committee member of the Youth Work Committee of the Union League Legacy Foundation and Junior Achievement of Southeastern.
