Joe is a Manager at Centri Business Consulting. He has more than 6 years of public accounting experience providing assurance services for private clients. He joined Centri in September 2022 and supports clients across a variety of industries, specializing in merger and acquisition advisory services for both strategic and financial buyers and sellers. Joe provides value-add services such as buy-side due diligence, sell-side due diligence, sell-side consulting, sell-side readiness, buyer valuation support, and working capital analysis/support.

Prior to his time with Centri, Joe was an Assurance Manager at RSM US, LLP, where he worked with several private equity clients within the consumer products, manufacturing, agriculture, and restaurant industries. Joe assisted with business combination accounting as well as complex accounting around equity and debt transactions. He also performed audit and review engagements across each industry.

Joe received a B.S. in both Accounting and Finance from Florida State University and his M.B.A. with a focus in Accounting from the University of South Florida. He is a Certified Public Accountant in the state of Florida and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA).
