Justin is an Experienced Associate in the M&A Advisory Practice at Centri Business Consulting. He has over 3 years of experience in public accounting and consulting. He joined Centri in June 2023 and assists clients across a variety of industries.

Prior to joining Centri, Justin was an Associate in KPMG’s Deal Advisory and Strategy Practice, where he worked on projects within Accounting Advisory Services, Financial Due Diligence, and Strategy. As an Associate in the Accounting Advisory Services group, he spent most of his time working on IPO readiness projects for clients in a variety of industries. While in the Financial Due Diligence group, he assisted clients primarily within the technology, media, and telecom (TMT) sector with buy-side and sell-side due diligence to assess the risks and opportunities of their proposed transactions. During his time in the Strategy group, he served clients predominately in the industrial manufacturing, automotive, and transportation industries and assisted with integration management and operational due diligence.

Justin graduated Magna Cum Laude with a B.S. in Accountancy and a concentration in Finance from the School of Management at Binghamton University.
