Kieran is a Manager at Centri Business Consulting. He has more than 8 years of public accounting and audit experience. He joined Centri in March 2021 and has supported clients in various industries, including manufacturing, distribution, technology, and financial services.

Prior to his time with Centri, Kieran was a Senior Accountant at UHY, where he worked in the attest practice, primarily focusing on manufacturing, distributing, financial services, and tech industries. His experience included risk assessment, preparation and review of financial statements, and evaluation of compliance with U.S. GAAP and other regulatory requirements. Kieran worked on various transactional services engagements, including buy-side and sell-side due diligence. Earlier in his career, he spent time at Grassi & Co. as an assurance staff primarily working on audit engagements for financial services companies.

Kieran received a M.S. in Accounting from Siena College with and is actively pursuing his CPA.
