Lejla is a Talent Acquisition Manager at Centri Business Consulting. She has more than 8 years of recruiting experience with 3 years of accounting and finance exposure in national and international markets. She joined Centri in March 2022 and is responsible for hiring talent across multiple markets, developing innovative search strategies through effective collaboration, developing and growing external recruitment relationships, and the candidate experience while focusing on Centri’s core values.

Prior to her time with Centri, Lejla was a Recruiting Specialist at The Jonus Group. Lejla was responsible for recruiting nationwide for mid to large-size companies across diverse industries, including Brown & Brown Insurance, Gallagher Bassett Services, Inc., Krauter and Company, Perelson Weiner LLP, and KPMG.

Lejla’s previous experience includes US and UK Operations and Recruiting with Miramar Global Executive Search. She joined the company supporting their healthcare sector by developing and implementing search strategies, managing retention, developing and growing candidate and client relationships, and managing onboarding processes. Lejla has developed and implemented innovative recruitment, onboarding, operations, and social media processes while effectively building relationships with internal and external entities.

Lejla received a B.A. in Communications from Widener University in Chester, PA, in May 2013.
