Matthew is a Manager at Centri Business Consulting within the Outsourced Accounting Practice. He has more than 8 years of accounting and advisory experience. He joined Centri in April 2023 and assists public Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) clients with their accounting closes, technical accounting issues, and quarterly filings. He also provides audit support for large real estate entities and developments.

Prior to his time with Centri, Matthew was a Senior Accountant at CFO Squad, Inc., where he worked within the SEC compliance department. As a consultant in the SEC compliance department, Matt was responsible for and oversaw his clients’ financial reporting process, accounting closes, technical accounting issues, and prepared SEC financials, including 10Qs, 10Ks, and S-1’s.

Prior to CFO Squad, Inc., Matthew worked at Berdon, a certified public accounting firm located in New York, NY. There, he was a Senior Accountant in the Real Estate group, where he audited financials for large real estate companies.

Matthew received his B.S. in Public Accounting and a minor in Economics from the State University of New York at Oswego. He is currently sitting for the Certified Public Accountant (CPA) exam to be licensed as a CPA in the State of New York.
