Mira is a Director in the M&A Advisory Practice at Centri Business Consulting. She has more than 15 years of experience in merger and acquisition consulting, public accounting, and auditing. She joined Centri in July 2023. Throughout her career, Mira has worked with public and private companies of all sizes and various industries, including financial services, construction, manufacturing, real estate, and retail.

Mira has extensive experience supporting clients with M&A advisory, due diligence, underwriting, valuation, and financial reporting services to private equity firms, venture capital firms, family offices, and strategic/corporate clients. She was involved in advising on investment acquisitions, business combinations, property valuation and discounted cash flow modeling, debt/equity financing, and investment financial reporting. She consistently works with her clients to understand the key issues and offer practical solutions based on the client’s needs and timing.

Before her time with Centri, Mira served as a Director at KPMG LLP within the Deal Advisory Practice, specializing in financial due diligence services and assisting clients with enterprise valuation analysis, financial modeling, and deal management. She began her career in the Audit Practice at KPMG, where she provided professional audit services to large banking institutions, multinational groups in accordance with PCAOB requirements, US GAAP, and IFRS.

Mira received a B.B.A in Business Administration and a M.A. in International Economics from Saint Petersburg State University of Finance and Economics. She is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
