Human Resource Generalist

Natalie is a Human Resources Generalist at Centri Business Consulting. She has more than 3 years of Human Resources experience. She joined Centri in December 2021 and is responsible for various human resource functions, including scheduling, benefits, payroll, onboarding new hires, and compliance.

Prior to her time with Centri, Natalie was a Human Resource Administrator at York Building Products Inc., LLC. She worked closely with multiple departments while handling new hire onboarding, payroll, benefits, and assisting many other team members with various tasks. Additionally, she brings diverse knowledge from obtaining certification in a Digital Marketing course from General Assembly.

Natalie received a B.S. in Business Management and Marketing with a minor in Pre-Law from Holy Family University. She played Division II Volleyball and graduated Magna Cum Laude as a Student/Athlete.
