Ray is a Senior Director at Centri Business Consulting. He has more than 30 years of Human Resources and Finance Strategy, Business Transformation and Technology Consulting experience. Throughout his career, he has assisted domestic and global clients address a wide range of challenges, including operations improvement, merger integration, and technology adoption. He has delivered program management support, technology strategies, effectiveness and efficiency studies, outsourcing studies, evaluations and selections, third party service provider, HR/Finance Shared Service Centers, and ERP systems implementations.

Prior to his time with Centri, Ray was a Principal at KPMG and Deloitte, and a Managing Director at BearingPoint in Philadelphia, PA. Ray held several leadership roles at these firms as the Practice Leader for the North American Human Resources Practice, eWorkForce Solutions Practice, and Oracle Solutions Practice.

A priority for Ray is providing service that exceeds client expectations. Throughout his career, Ray has worked in industries including financial services, retail, technology, life sciences, healthcare, higher education, manufacturing, and government organizations.
