Rob is a Senior Director of Quality Control at Centri Business Consulting. He has more than 40 years of public accounting and advisory experience. He joined Centri in August 2023. Throughout his career, he has served numerous private and public clients in various industries, including technology, telecommunications, life sciences, industrial markets, and consumer markets. Rob also brings deep expertise in researching and resolving complex accounting and auditing issues. At Centri, Rob performs quality control reviews of technical accounting deliverables addressing a broad range of areas as well as financial reporting deliverables to be included in our client’s various SEC filings. He works closely with the firm’s Chief Quality Officer on various risk management and related matters included within the firm’s system of quality control.

Prior to his time with Centri, Rob spent 39 years with KPMG, serving clients in their Tampa, Philadelphia, and Tyson’s Corner offices. Rob was also designated as an SEC Reviewing Partner at KPMG and was involved in numerous initial and secondary public stock offerings, public and exempt debt offerings, mergers and acquisitions, and divestitures. In addition, Rob spent 14 years in KPMG’s Department of Professional Practice in New York as a partner, where he assisted engagement teams on technical accounting and auditing issues. Rob also served as KPMG’s representative on the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants’ (AICPA) Auditing Standards Board from 2009 to 2012.

Rob received a B.S. in Accounting from the University of Florida, graduating with high honors. He is a Certified Public Accountant in Florida, New Jersey, New York, and Pennsylvania. He is a member of the AICPA and the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
