Ryan is a Senior Manager at Centri Consulting.  He has more than 10 years of audit and business advisory experience. He joined Centri in May 2024 and assists clients across a variety of industries with outsourced accounting services.

Prior to joining Centri, Ryan was the Director of Finance & Accounting at Torch & Crown Brewing Company and provided consulting services to other pre-revenue and early stage companies.  Previously, he was an Audit Manager at RSM, assisting portfolio and public company clients by resolving technical accounting issues, improving the accounting function, and reviewing financial statements (public and private). Ryan audited internal controls for SOX 404 compliance and has assisted small companies with improvement of internal controls to alleviate financial risk.

Ryan received a B.B.A. from James Madison University with a concentration in Accounting and earned an MBA from East Carolina University.  He is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in Virginia, North Carolina, & New York, and a member of the AICPA and the North Carolina Association of Certified Public Accountants.
