Steve is a Senior Manager at Centri Business Consulting. He has more than 9 years of public accounting, private industry, and consulting experience. He joined Centri in September 2022 and primarily focuses on financial reporting advisory services, supporting clients with their preparation of periodic filings with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), as well as compliance with other private company filing requirements.

Prior to his time with Centri, Steve worked at PwC for 8 years in its Assurance Practice, concentrating mainly on insurance and other financial services clients. Steve led various types of audit engagements, including integrated audits of public company SEC filers and financial statement audits of privately held companies. In addition, Steve worked in the Controller’s group at Goodwin Procter LLP, where he managed the month-end and year-end close processes, including the preparation of the firm’s financial statements.

Steve received a B.S. in Accounting from St. John’s High School in Shrewsbury, MA, in 2009 and the College of the Holy Cross in 2013. He is a Certified Public Accountant in the state of Massachusetts.
