Sunny is a Managing Director at Centri Business Consulting. He has more than 12 years of public and private accounting experience. He joined Centri in June 2021 and assists in overseeing outsourced accounting with start-ups and emerging growth companies, public companies in life sciences, cannabis, non-profits, and digital assets. Additionally, he supports with client budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow needs.

Prior to his time with Centri, Sunny spent 9 years at SmithBucklin Corporation, an association management and services company located in Chicago, IL and Washington, DC. Most recently, he served as Senior Manager of Financial Management and Accounting Services in the Washington, DC office. During his time, Sunny led the DC team in overseeing the day-to-day accounting and financial management activities, including financial statement preparation, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow modeling, finance committee meetings, board calls, audit/tax return prep, investment management, and strategic financial oversight. Sunny served more than 30 non-profit organizations (501c3, 501c6, and 501c19’s) as their Director of Finance/CFO.

Prior to his time at SmithBucklin Corporation, Sunny served as a financial professional for Route 66 Ventures, LLC, where he assisted in the month-end financial close process and managed the accounts payable function for three separate entities.

Sunny holds a B.B.A. in Finance from Florida Atlantic University in Boca Raton, FL and a M.S. in Accounting and Taxation from Florida Gulf Coast University in Fort Myers, FL. He is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Florida.
