Centri Promotes Charles Higgins to Managing Director
Philadelphia, PA –July 8th, 2022 – Centri Business Consulting, LLC is excited to announce the promotion of Charles Higgins to Managing Director. Charles is a key leader in the firm’s Valuation Practice, focusing on providing clients with various valuation and opinion services. His skillset spans across several industries, including technology, life sciences, healthcare, manufacturing, retail, professional services, and alternative energy. This promotion recognizes the contributions he has made to the firm’s growth and service to its clients.

Charles has provided fairness and solvency opinions in connection with going private transactions, spin-offs, related-party transactions, recapitalizations, and restructurings. In addition, Charles has conducted valuations for financial reporting purposes under ASC 820, ASC 805, ASC 350, ASC 360, ASC 718, and ASC 842. He is also experienced in valuing a wide range of complex financial instruments, including options, warrants, forward purchase agreements, restricted stock units, performance-based shares, convertible debt instruments, and other fixed-income securities. Charles also has expertise in performing valuations for IRC 409A and estate and gift tax planning.
Charles has a Master of Business Administration degree with concentrations in Finance and Information Management from the University of Texas at Austin McCombs School of Business and a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from Rider University. Charles is a CFA charterholder and is a member of the CFA Society Philadelphia, the Philadelphia Estate Planning Council, BioNJ, and ACG Philadelphia.
