Centri Welcomes Director of Human Resources – Melissa Culbertson

Philadelphia, PA – September 18, 2019   Centri Business Consulting, LLC., is excited to announce the addition of a Director of Human Resources, Melissa Culbertson, to the firm.  Melissa comes to Centri with almost 20 years of progressive experience in human resources and will lead all things HR, benefit programs, talent acquisition and more at Centri.

“Employees are a company’s biggest asset and being able to develop more strategic activities in human resources to support Centri as it grows is very exciting,” states Culbertson.  “I’m looking forward to bringing new initiatives and employee programs to the business, as well as supporting employees through training and mentorship.”

Most recently, Melissa was the Compensation Director at Hamilton Lane, where she was responsible for the compensation programs, including Long term incentive plans and employee stock purchase plans, and leading the day to day operations of the total rewards team.  Prior to Hamilton Lane, Melissa was the Director of Human Resources at Resource America, where she was responsible for day to day operations of the human resources department, including 401(k) administration, benefits administration, employee relations, talent acquisition, employee retention and engagement, stock plan administration, payroll and audits associated with a publicly traded company.

As Director of Human Resources, Melissa will develop best in class standards for cultivating talent and employee benefits programs at Centri.  She will oversee all human resource activities for the firm, providing strategic direction for the human resources department, while building out new policies for employee engagement, mentorship and development. She will also work cross functionally with talent acquisition and leadership teams to achieve Centri’s overall objectives.

Culbertson holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resource Management from Shippensburg University and is a Certified Professional in Human Resources.
