Centri Welcomes Jeff Cehlar as Director

Philadelphia, PA – February 15, 2022 – Centri Business Consulting, LLC is excited to announce the addition of a new Director, Jeff Cehlar, to the firm. Jeff has over 20 years of accounting, financial analysis, internal audit, and Sarbanes-Oxley experience. He has helped publicly traded and private companies achieve their goals by assisting them with critical projects, including internal audit, SOX compliance, risk management, delegation of authority redesign, internal controls rationalization, financial analysis, closing the books, and due diligence.

Most recently, Jeff was a Director in BDO’s Risk Advisory Services group, leading SOX compliance engagements at companies ranging from single location, pre-commercial revenue to global multi-billion dollar organizations. Prior to that, he was the Director of Risk & Compliance for AC Lordi Consulting, where he led the redesign and rollout of delegation of authority policies and co-developed the firm’s proprietary SOX methodology. He led internal audit and accounting engagements for various companies across a broad spectrum of industries, including chemicals, life sciences, manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, retail, software, and telecommunications.

Jeff previously served as the interim Chief Audit Executive at Tekni-Plex, Inc., a privately held $600M manufacturing company. In this role, he was responsible for building its internal audit department from the ground up, including creating the internal audit charter, developing and completing the internal audit risk assessment, creating and overseeing the execution of the internal audit plan, and reporting results to executive management.

Jeff received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration concentrated in Accounting from Indiana University of Pennsylvania. He is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in the state of Pennsylvania.
